Our Condemnation Attorneys have won a landmark inverse condemnation case in North Carolina (Kirby v. NC Department of Transportation) in the N.C. Supreme Court and Court of Appeals. The firm is actively engaged in property rights actions and eminent domain litigation, specifically actively asserting the inverse condemnation and constitutional rights of hundreds of North Carolina property owners in ongoing lawsuits against North Carolina Department of Transportation (NCDOT).
